LIFETIME WINDOWS & DOORS TEAM
Portland

Meet Matt — Operations Manager, Portland OR
As the Operations Manager at Lifetime Windows and Doors, I oversee the Installation Team across our three locations in Milwaukie, Vancouver, and Salem. My role spans project measuring, service coordination, and scheduling installations in collaboration with our project coordinator.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, I thrive on the variety and challenges that come with managing a dynamic team and delivering exceptional results.
I take pride in helping homeowners transform their living spaces—whether it’s enhancing energy efficiency or refreshing the aesthetic of their homes with new windows and doors. After the sale, I personally initiate the installation process by meeting customers on-site, gathering precise measurements, and ensuring every detail is in place to move their project forward smoothly. What drives me is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers’ homes and lives, and to lead a team that’s committed to craftsmanship and care. Outside of work, you’ll find me camping with my family or enjoying a round of golf with friends.

Meet Sean — Sales & Marketing Manager, Portland OR
Hi, My name is Sean and I am the Sales & Marketing Manager for Lifetime Windows & Doors, and I have worked for Lifetime since June of 2022. What I love most about working for Lifetime is the ownership team, and the staff! Eric & Carl truly treat their employees as family, and the customers as an extension of that family. They have hired amazing humans, from our design & sales consultants to our office staff, and out to our employee installers in the field who understand what customer service really means, and who are experts in their respective fields. It makes my job fun and easy to come to each day!
My favorite part of the job is seeing all of the glowing, detailed reviews that come from our homeowners about the staff, the process, and their finished project. It validates all of the hard work our team puts into each and every project.
My favorite thing to do in my free time is hanging out with my kids and enjoying their passions with them. My passion outside of work is cooking & smoking meat!

Meet Kryn — Logistics Coordinator, Portland OR
I’ve been with the company for just under four years, and I truly appreciate what the owners stand for and how they care for both their staff and their customers.
In my role, I love being the “office mom” — making sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels supported. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that values quality, communication, and care in everything we do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially cuddling my grandbabies. I also love going camping and taking cruises whenever I get the chance!

Meet Tessa — Dog Mascot, Portland OR
Sweet, timid, gentle, loving and loyal. Enjoys naps, walks, and going to work each day.

Meet Kyle — Installation Manager, Salem, OR
I’m Kyle, and I’ve proudly been part of the Lifetime Windows and Doors team in Salem for nearly four years. As the Field Supervisor and Lead Installer, I take great care in making sure every project is done right—from the first window removed to the final finishing touch.
There’s something really rewarding about replacing old, worn-out windows or doors with beautiful, energy-efficient ones. I love seeing our customers’ faces light up when they realize how easy their new windows open—or how much more secure and stylish their new doors look.
What makes this work even better is the team I get to work with. The owners of Lifetime truly care about their employees, and that shows in the quality of what we do every day.
When I’m not on the job site, I enjoy camping and spending quality time outdoors with my wife and two kids here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Meet Zack — Lead Installer, Salem, OR
Hi, I’m Zack, and I’ve been a Window Technician here at Lifetime Windows and Doors for the past 4 years. I’m part of the final step in your project—installing your new windows with care and precision.
What I love most about working at Lifetime is that we’re not just in the window business—we’re in the people business. From the office staff to the installers, everyone here is committed to taking great care of you and your home.
One project that stands out to me was a home with original metal windows. When we removed one of the old frames, we uncovered some dry rot in the wall. While that could’ve been a stressful surprise, we took the time to explain the issue and fix it the right way—leaving everything solid, sealed, and looking like it was never there.
When I’m not on a job site, you’ll find me at home spending time with my toddler—whether we’re playing catch in the yard or reading bedtime stories.
