Meet Eric – Co-Owner
Carpentry runs in Eric’s blood: both his father and grandfather were carpenters, and his great-great-grandfather was a cabinetmaker in Sweden.
After attending Rex Putnam High School and Lewis & Clark College, Eric took a carpentry position at a remodeling company and learned many phases of construction. With his General Contractor license, he started his own remodeling company, and went on to co-found Lifetime Windows & Doors.
Meet Carl — Co-Owner
My name is Carl Thompson, and I am one of the Co-Owner of Lifetime Windows and Doors.
Eric and I started the company when we were just 25 years old. It’s been 27 years now and our goal is the same. Give the customers great value, take care of our employees, be honest, and have some fun while we’re doing it all.
Our core values are Attitude is Everything, One Team – No exceptions and Own it and make it better. I am proud to say we have built a company with the best people. Our dedication to value and customer service is echoed in the incredible feedback and online reviews we receive almost daily. I feel so blessed to be able to surround myself with great people, both customers and employees.
I am a 5th Generation Oregonian, Father, Husband, Army Veteran, and a very proud grandfather. I enjoy traveling, camping, reading, or staying at home with my horses and family.

Meet Sean — Sales / Marketing Manager
Hi, My name is Sean and I am the Sales & Marketing Manager for Lifetime Windows & Doors, and I have worked for Lifetime since June of 2022. What I love most about working for Lifetime is the ownership team, and the staff! Eric & Carl truly treat their employees as family, and the customers as an extension of that family. They have hired amazing humans, from our design & sales consultants to our office staff, and out to our employee installers in the field who understand what customer service really means, and who are experts in their respective fields. It makes my job fun and easy to come to each day!
My favorite part of the job is seeing all of the glowing, detailed reviews that come from our homeowners about the staff, the process, and their finished project. It validates all of the hard work our team puts into each and every project.
My favorite thing to do in my free time is hanging out with my kids and enjoying their passions with them. My passion outside of work is cooking & smoking meat!
